We continually think of ways to improve AIMS, but the very best method to ensure that our software meets real needs is to talk to the people who actually use it. That’s why it is very important to us to keep an open line of communication with all our customers, and listen to what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how we can meet these challenges. Often, new features in AIMS are based on not only feedback from existing customers, but from companies considering acquiring AIMS. One of our first questions when talking to new companies is always “what are your needs?”, and if there is a need we don’t currently meet, we do everything we can to develop new features that do. We don’t believe that software providers should tell YOU what you need in your integration monitoring. You should tell them what YOU need.
When promoting a software it is also important to not only drone on about all its features and how much value it provides you and your company. You need to prove it. And that’s why, in collaboration with Microsoft, we asked some of our customers if we could pass along their experience using AIMS.
We will continue to talk to our customers, and create more case studies. For now you can read how Icelandic company Össur and Brinks France uses AIMS:
“I have yet to experience a situation where AIMS has not picked up an error before me or anyone else”
“After installing AIMS, I don’t have to spend much time on BizTalk at all, as long as operations are normal. I am a lot more relaxed in my free time now, simply because I know that everything is under control”

“The ability to extract different types of information and customize alerts from AIMS, enable us to tailor our reports to provide use value on both the technical and administrative level.”
